After an epic night at M1NT, it meant only one thing for the
girls: a day of R&R, or S&S as it could be more aptly named: Sushi and
Shopping in the beautiful French Concession!
French Concession: Stopping
by an underground Japanese place for bento brunch, we debriefed on the night
over a delicious mix of tempura, sushi and teriyaki chicken at EN Shanghai in a downstairs basement
with urban décor and reasonable prices for a great feed.
After lunch we set to the shops for a bit of therapy of the
retail kind. I picked up a leather jumpsuit from Zara which is already booked in for a wear at M1NT and Bar Rouge
next weekend.
We capped off a great day with movies and a pizza night
courtesy of Sherpas. A decent night’s
sleep was definitely in order to get ready for our big week of sightseeing!
